Thomas holds MSc in Industrial Sociology/Business Operations, Economics and Information Science. He has extensivly worked as an Interim Project & Operations Manager, Management Consultant and Trainer and Business-Coach in Germany, CEEMEA and China. He had implemented numerous business performance management projects, training and coaching for a number of German and international clients as analyzed below:

  • Interim Project Management of international projects: Responsibilities: Project planing, success factors, milestones, asset resources, definition of
    Service Level Agreements (SLAs), definition of new business processes and job descriptions, evaluation of IT systems (eGM, SAP, Incadea/Navision, CRM,
    ERP), leadership of Consulting-Teams with budgets up to €1million p.a., status reports and deliveries/presentations, training of people in use of systems
    and tools.
  • Implemented consulting practices for several Companies in CEEMEA. Work ranged from providing high-level personnel development on the basis of the
    Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to designing new business strategies and processes by implementing BPM, Change Management and Organizational Due
    Diligence.
  • Developed and realized in-house and external Workshops and Trainings for more than 3.000 participants in Change Management, Project
    Management, Business Process Management, Balanced Scorecard, People Leadership, LEAN-TQM-KAIZEN, Sales Process Management , Time
    Management , Conflict Management, Outplacement, Intercultural Communication, HR Recruitment & Assessment Center, Personnel Positioning.
    Trainees included leaders, executives, managers, workers and employees from different cultures in CEEMEA.
